  • Jelly: 3 tablespoons
  • Port wine: 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch: 2 teaspoons
  • Water: 2 dl


Undo-if the corn starch on a dl cold water and blend in with the galeia dissolved in the rest of the hot water. They take on the stove with the sugar, stirring until it boils. Remove from the heat, add the wine and allow to cool a little before watering any cake.
