  • White wine vinegar: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Olive: 8
  • Cucumber: 5
  • Pinion: 75 g
  • Salsa: 1 large branch
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Virgin olive oil: 250 ml


Mix all the ingredients, parsley, cucumber, pickled pine, green olives, garlic already crushed, vinegar or juice of 1/2 lemon, if you prefer, salt and pepper in a food processor, with the exception of the oil that will pouring gradually in the mix - just the amount required to obtain a light batter.
