Sauce refreshing to accompany grilled

  • Cucumber: 3
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Yoghurt: 6 tablespoons full
  • Fresh mint: 4 sheets


Chop the cucumber already grated and without bark and squeeze, take only the bagasse. Crush the cloves of garlic along with mint leaves. Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and add the marc cucumber and garlic. Everything is very well . By the end decorate with a folhinhas mint. Put the ready in the fridge until the time of service.
