  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg: 2
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Salt: the palate


Make a stir fry with olive oil and chopped onion as a foam. When the onion is blonde adds him to the water, vinegar, and lemon juice. Melt away-if the egg yolks with the water and the flour and add this mixture to stir fry, stirring constantly. It takes the heat to cook the egg yolks and flour (continuing always moving) and tempers of salt.
