Sauce, eggs and coffee

  • Egg: 20
  • Coffee: 0,5 lt
  • Granulated sugar: 300 g
  • Cinnamon powder: 10 gr


Separates carefully the egg yolks, one at a time. Put the coffee in a saucepan over low heat, sweetens and joins the gems. Emulsify the prepared earlier with the rods of stainless steel and aromatize with cinnamon powder.
