Mint sauce 2

  • Mint: 1 small branch
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Boiling water: 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar: 1-2 tablespoons


Place the mint, finely chopped, and the sugar in a gravy boat and join the water, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Pour the vinegar and let it rest for a time.
