Mint sauce 1

  • Wine vinegar: 1 dl
  • Brown sugar: 1 coffee spoon
  • Fresh mint: 1 branch
  • Water: to taste
  • Pepper powder: to taste


Clean the leaves of mint and chop them. Add the brown sugar, boiling water and vinegar. Season. This sauce is included with the grilled lamb and prepares a few hours in advance.
