  • Chocolate bar: 250 g
  • Milk: 3 dl
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Unsalted butter: 1 teaspoon
  • Corn starch: 1 teaspoon


Undo the corn starch in the milk, which leads to simmer with the sugar and melted chocolate in a bain-marie. Withdraws after the boil and chat with the butter.
