Green sauce

  • Avocado: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Chilli: a quarter cup
  • Salsa: a quarter cup
  • Cilantro: to taste
  • Lemon: 2 tablespoons
  • Natural yoghurt: ½ cup


Peel the avocado. Take the stone and put the pulp in the mixer. Peel the garlic. To add to the avocado, along with the peppers, parsley and coriander, finely chopped, and the lemon juice. Beat until you get a combination uniform. Involving the yogurt in the sauce and serve with pita bread hot.
