  • Butter: 40 g
  • Flour: 35 g
  • Curry powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Apple: quarter
  • Milk: 4 dl
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste


Lies in a large pot of butter and, once it is foamy, add the flour until it is blonde.
