  • Salsa: taste.
  • Lemon: 1 or 2
  • Butter: the taste.
  • Coriander: taste.


Put the amount of butter desired and the juice of a lemon in the microwave or in a bain-marie to melt. After just add parsley and coriander picadinhos. It's great to serve with fish and even grilled meats.
