Béchamel sauce of lemon

  • Butter: 40 g
  • Flour: 30 g
  • Milk: 4 dl
  • Lemon: ½
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste


This sauce is as usual, put in a pan with the butter that leads to the heat until it becomes foamy.

Add the flour, stirring constantly, incorporates the hot milk, leaving the stove to cook the flour.

Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
