  • Cod: 200 g
  • Boiled rice (scraps): 300 g
  • Eggs: 5
  • Oalsa minced 1 Tablespoon
  • Oebola sting: 1
  • Oolher and a half hours of rice flour: 1
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Oil: taste.


Cook the cod, drain and clean the skin and pimples. Grind the cod. In a bowl mix the rice with the beaten eggs, the cod, the parsley and the finely chopped onions, rice flour and season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Heat a frying pan with oil, and after the oil is hot place spoonfuls of the prepared pan, and cook. Drain the th on absorbent paper.
