  • Tomatoes:
  • Sea salt: taste.
  • Fresh basil: The taste
  • Thyme: The taste
  • Oregano: The taste
  • Olive oil of good quality:


Wash the tomatoes, remove them hang, open them in half and remove the seeds.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the tomatoes, skin-side down.

Chop the basil and thyme. Sprinkle the tomatoes with them, oregano, and salt.

Take them to the oven to 120 ° c for three hours, with the oven door ajar.

When they are dry, put them inside of bottles with the herbs that accompany them, and cover them with a good olive oil.

Let it sit for a few days in a dark place.
