  • Barley flour: 1 Cup

  • Kefir: 3/4 to 1 Cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Olive oil: 1 Tablespoon
  • Chayote peeled and grated: 1
  • Grated carrot: 1/2
  • Grated parmesan cheese: 3 Tablespoons
  • Onions and chopped coriander: taste.
  • Yogurt sauce
  • Natural yoghurt: 1


In a bowl and beat well kefir with the egg and the olive oil. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and involved.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mass and engage without hitting it too.
