  • For the dough:
  • Flour unleavened: 200 g
  • Margarine: 125 g
  • Water: 1 Tablespoon
  • Ssal: taste.
  • For the filling:
  • Ham: 100 g
  • Cheese flemish: 4 Slice
  • Potato chips, straw: 2 Cup
  • Whole eggs: 4
  • 200 ml cream: 1 Package
  • Salsa: taste.


Mix the flour with the margarine and water and stir until the dough. Line a tarteira of approximately 25 cm diameter for your dates and book. Cut the cheese and the ham into small pieces and mix with the potatoes in a bowl. Beat the eggs with the cream, add the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Involves the mixture of cheese and ham, throw in the form of the mass and light-to-bake in the oven.
