Puff vegetables with bacon

Ingredients

  • Curgete small starting in thin rings: 1
  • Grated carrot: 1
  • Fresh mushrooms sliced: 8
  • Garlic French party in thin rings: 1
  • Bacon party in small cubes: 1/2 piece
  • Garlic: 2
  • Hard-boiled eggs: 2
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Pastry: 1 Plate
  • Olive oil: A Teaspoon

Directions

Peel and wash all the vegetables and drain.

In a frying pan, put a teaspoon of olive oil, add the bacon and bring the stir-fry. Add the garlic. When it starts to brown, add the mushrooms. Let stir-fry.

Add all the remaining vegetables and season to taste (I've only used salt). Let cook about four to five minutes. Meanwhile, stretch the board of puff pastry, so as to form a rectangle or square big.

Leave it to cool the vegetables, and, after a cold, dump them in the center and to the length of puff pastry. Put the slices of boiled egg on top and close the mass, “sticking” with a little warm water.

Brush with the egg yolk beaten with a little bit of milk.

Take the oven pre-heated to 180.ºC until the pastry is ready.
