Pie asparagus and ham

  • Green asparagus in vial: 350 g
  • Small onion: 1
  • Ham (lactose-free): 60 g
  • Mass broken (lactose-free): 320 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cream soy: 200 ml
  • Soy milk: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt:
  • Pepper:
  • Nutmeg:
  • Olive oil:


Grease a form of ring removable with olive oil. Place the dough broken, covering the background and the corners. Beat the eggs. Add the cream, soy and soy milk, and stir it well. Season with salt, black pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and garlic powder. Pour the mixture on the basis of the pie. Cut the onion slices, thin and spread it evenly. Then do the same with the ham, cut into small cubes. Above, to make available the asparagus and put in the oven to 200 for 55 minutes or until golden on top.
