Ingredients

  • Carrots: 1,5 kg
  • Green beans: 750 g
  • Artichokes: 750 g
  • Lemon: 1
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Glass bottles: 3 (sterilized)

Directions

Choose vegetables that if you want to keep (ex. carrots, green beans, artichokes, etc.). These must be in good condition, without stains and fresh. Wash them very well vegetables.

Peel the carrots, arranges the green beans, strip the sheets to the artichokes (only staying the hearts). Place the vegetables in the basket metallic pressure cooker with a small amount of water, lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt.

It is to cook for five minutes with the lid closed. Withdraws, then, the vegetables, put it in a glass vials of sterile.

To extract all the air to the bottles shall be as follows: fills the bottles up to the top and open, go to the pressure cooker (which is destapada) during 5 minutes. Close the bottles and the cooker and kitchen-5 minutes.
