Ingredients

  • Flakes oat: 130 g
  • Breadcrumbs: 80 g
  • Small onion: 1
  • Eggs: 2
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Pulp, tomato: 50 ml
  • Soy milk: 250 ml
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Beat the eggs with the olive oil. Add the oatmeal, bread crumbs and chopped onion very fine. Seasoning of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands and make small balls. In a mixer bowl, beat well pulp tomato with the soy milk. Season with a pinch of salt.

On an oven tray, pour a little olive oil in the bottom. Have the meatballs with space between them. Pour the tomato sauce over the top, watering, well the meatballs, and put in the oven to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve with cooked vegetables and rice. In the middle of cooking, back to water the meatballs with sauce that is on the board.
