  • Medium potatoes: 8
  • Water and salt: taste.
  • Hot milk: 1 Cup of tea
  • Butter: 1 Teaspoon
  • White pepper: taste.
  • Nutmeg: taste.


After peeled and cut diced potatoes, bring to boil in water seasoned with salt (15 minutes to boil).

That said, undo the potatoes with the pass-vite, joins the butter, nutmeg powder and pepper.

However, it heats the milk.

Add the milk to the mix of potato, stirring continuously until you get the puree with the consistency you want.

At the end rectifies-salt if that is the case.
