Ingredients

  • Cucumbers, peeled and seeded: 2
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Mint: 4 sheets
  • Yogurt natural: 6
  • Olive oil: 30 g
  • White vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

1. Place in a glass the cucumber, cut into pieces and schedule 4 sec/speed 4. Remove the basket, sprinkle with salt and let drain for about 30 minutes.
