Croquettes of cheddar cheese

  • Potatoes: 400 g
  • Cheese of the Island healed: 250 g
  • Flour: 125 g
  • Crumb of bread: 125 g
  • Eggs: 4
  • Milk taste.
  • White wine: 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs: taste.
  • Oil for frying: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Peel the potatoes and bring it to boil in water with salt. Drain and cut the potatoes.

Cut the cheese into thin slices and add to the potatoes. Add flour and stir. Demolhe the piece of bread in the milk and add it to the mixture before. Add the wine and two egg yolks, stirring well. Hit a light in the castle, and then add to the mix, involving everything.
