  • White corn: 1 kg
  • Water: 3 l
  • Lard: 1 tablespoon
  • Cabbage bitten: ½
  • Fava the tender: 1 hand
  • Crackling: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Winter savory: 1 branch


The water will heat the lard, salt and winter savory. Add the cabbage, chopped, and half of the corn, in the warm water. Stir always with a wooden spoon, until the water boils, not encaroçar. Lie down on plates or bars, as it is to eat hot or cold. You can eat fried to cut.
