Bib with poached eggs

  • Gardener of vegetables: 1 kg
  • Large onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Coriander: 1/4 Sauce
  • Pickled tomatoes, minced with onion and garlic: 100 g
  • Sausage meat: 1
  • White wine: 150 ml
  • Water: 100 ml
  • Olive oil: 30 ml
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Malagueta small dry: 1
  • Salt and pepper: The taste
  • Eggs: 6


Wash and chop coriander, for your dates and book.

Make a stir fry with olive oil, onions and garlic and chopped.

When the onion starts to become translucent and add sausage cut into slices and cook.

Add the tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes.

Join the suit, white wine, water, bay leaf, chillies, and season to taste with salt.

When you begin to boil, lower the heat and let cook about 20 minutes.

Climb up the heat and stir in half of the chopped coriander.

Carefully open the eggs and lay one on top of the gardener, taking care to keep some space between them.

Leave to cook on a high heat for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with the remaining chopped coriander and serve immediately.
