  • Cod: 200 g (2 put small)
  • Boiled rice: 50 g
  • Onion: 1
  • The delights of the sea: 50 g
  • Chopped parsley: The taste
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Eggs (breaded): 2
  • Breadcrumbs (breaded): taste.
  • Salt and pepper: The taste


Cook the cod in water. Clean the pimples and skin, and then shred it. Add the cooked rice, the delights of the sea and the chopped onion and get involved.

Then, add the chopped parsley and the egg yolk and sprinkle salt and pepper. Wrap well and shape small balls with the palms of the hands.

Pass the beaten egg and bread crumbs and bake in the fry in oil hot. Drain the marbles on absorbent paper.
