Salmon with warm spices

  • Salmon: 4 slices
  • Brown sugar: 55 gr
  • Allspice: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger root: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Leek: 6
  • Butter: 25 gr
  • Fennel: 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon: to taste
  • Salsa: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, sugar, ground pepper, and mustard. The slices of salmon should be struck with the resulting mixture. Going to the refrigerator for one to two hours. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber, cut it into four in the sense of the length. After removing the seeds, is divided in four parts in pieces. Removing the roots of leek, as well as the half of the green part. The cucumber and garlic French should go to a pot on the bottom where you put the butter and a tablespoon of lemon juice, dill and parsley very finely chopped. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cooking on medium heat for about 10 minutes. On a grill previously heated to put the slices of salmon. Grid 5 to 6 minutes. Guarnece with the slices of lemon.
