  • chives, chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Mararina: 75 g
  • Flour, cornstarch: taste.
  • Almonds in failures: 50 g
  • oranges: 2
  • slices of salmon: 4
  • Salt: taste.
  • coarse pepper: taste.


Tempera-if the slices of salmon with the juice and grated peel of the orange, salt and pepper, coarsely ground. Leave to marinate for half an hour, turning the pieces in the middle of the time.
