Salmon in the Oven

  • Salmon: 2 loins
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Small onion: 1
  • White wine: 1/2 cup
  • Coriander: 1 sauce
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


In the mixer to prepare the seasoning with the garlic, onion, white wine, coriander, salt and pepper.

Barre the salmon with this mixture and let it take like a few hours.

Place a fillet on top of the other to form a whole fish, completely covering with the seasoning.

Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Serve hot or cold, accompanied by vegetables.
