Salmon in the Oven

  • For the Salmon
  • Salmon: 4 slices
  • Butter: 100 gr
  • Potato: 2 large slices cooked
  • Lemon: 1
  • Seasoning for fish
  • Salt: the taste
  • Dehydrated onion: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.


Cover the salmon with lemon, butter, seasoning for fish, parsley and onions dehydrated. Distribute slices of potatoes in the back of the fish. Salt and olive oil to taste. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
