Salmon fragrant with asparagus

  • Salmon: 4 slices
  • Asparagus green: 300 g
  • Couscous: 0/5 kg
  • Olive oil: taste.

Start by grilling the slices of salmon with the juice and grated rind of a file. In a bowl, boil in water (seasoned with salt) asparagus, and let it boil. Add the couscous and, after trickling water.
