Salmon coloured with soy sauce

  • Norwegian salmon: 4 fillets
  • spinach: 2 packaging
  • Lemon: 2
  • coriander: 1 large sauce
  • garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Chilli, chopped: 2
  • soy sauce: 8 tablespoons
  • sugar: 2 teaspoon
  • ginger, chopped: 4 teaspoons
  • Sesame seeds: taste.
  • Vegetable oil: taste.
  • Sesame oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


In a bowl, add the garlic, chilli and minced ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, a little sesame oil for your dates and book. Put a little bit of vegetable oil and sesame in a frying pan and sauté slightly spinach. Book.

In the same frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry fillets of salmon, seasoned with salt, so that they are barely passed.

Before serving, chop the parsley and add to the sauce prepared. Serve the salmon with spinach, basting with sauce and serve with sesame seeds.
