  • Salmon: 2 put
  • Salt: the taste
  • Garlic: 3 garlic cloves, chopped, and dents
  • Pepper: the taste
  • Lemon: 1 high
  • Sauce
  • Butter: 1 scoop
  • Mushroom laminate: 1 packaging
  • Cream: 1 cup
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Sprinkle the slices of salmon with garlic, salt, lemon and pepper. Let it marinate for half an hour. Grill the slices of salmon until dourarem. For the sauce, melt the butter and saute the mushrooms.

Add cream and let it thicken. Season and place on the grilled salmon.
