Grilled Salmon

  • salmon: 180 g
  • Oregano:
  • Ginger:
  • Chives:
  • Salt:
  • Olive oil:
  • Soy sauce:
  • Carrots or turnips:
  • Cucumber japanese:
  • lima: 1


Season the salmon with oregano, salt and olive oil. Brown lightly on a hot plate. The salmon is grilled on the outside and raw on the inside. When you have finished grilling place immediately in a container with water and ice to stop the boil.

Mount the dish with turnip and carrot grated on the base. Make a circle with the sliced cucumbers. Cut the salmon into slices of 1 cm and place in the center.
