Baked salmon with Herbs and Fresh

  • Fillets of salmon: 200 g
  • Juice lemon: ½
  • shallots to the thin strips: 2
  • anise: 2 tablespoons
  • chopped fine
  • salsa fresh taste.
  • fennel: taste.


Preheat the oven to 180. Brush lightly with olive oil in the heart of two large squares of aluminium foil or parchment paper.

Place a fillet of salmon in the middle of each square, with the skin down, season with pepper, height, drizzle with lemon juice and spread the shallots and herbs over the top. Seal the sheet joining the tips and folding them several times, making a package loose.

Then download one of the two packages to a baking tray and roast for about 15 minutes. When the fish is ready, but still a little pink on the inside, divide in two doses, and serve. It can be accompanied with a little bit of rice and boiled vegetables.
