  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Lard: 1 tablespoon
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion: 1
  • Salmon: 1 kg
  • White wine: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice of half a lemon
  • Salt: taste.


After amanhado salmon, season them with salt, onion well chopped, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, white wine, lard and butter, scattered in bits on top of the fish. Will bake, basting-if once in a while. Then roast it, is to withdraw from the oven, put on a plate and pour over the sauce simple butter with lemon.
