Tagliatelle of carrots and courgettes

  • Carrots: 400 g
  • Courgettes, small shell: 400 g
  • Water: 500 g
  • Sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 20 g
  • Lemon juice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.


1. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the carrots lengthwise strips 0.5 cm, as the mass of tagliatelle. Proceed in the same way with the h so that each strip contains a little bit of bark green. Place the vegetables in the container Varoma.
