Spinach with gulas, nuts and salmon

  • Spinach Florette: 300 g
  • Cheese salad: 75 g
  • Nuts: 150 g
  • Smoked salmon: 100 g
  • Cherry tomato: 100 g
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Virgin olive oil: 200 ml
  • Vinegar: 50 ml
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Gulas: 100 g


Cut the cheese into thin rectangles, the salmon into strips and the tomartes cherry and walnut half.

For a more appealing, you can cut the cherry tomatoes in the star.

Chop the garlic. In a container, place the gulas, chopped garlic, and sauté with a little olive oil.

In the final place in the center of the plate 1/4 of the package spinach, over the gulas on a small hill. Around distribute the cherry tomatoes, strips of salmon, the rectangles of cheese and walnuts.

Season the salad with vinaigrette.
