  • Potato: 8 regular size
  • Egg: 4
  • Olive oil: 6 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and bake in the water and seasoned salt. Make the sauce with the gems cooked and passed through the sieve, the olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper, mixing very well with the potatoes. You put it in a small dishes and guarnece with lettuce reaped very thin.
