  • White onion, sweet: 400 gr
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 scoop
  • Parsley, minced 1 tablespoon
  • Fillet anchovies: 6
  • lemon: 1/2
  • yoghurt: 1/2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Peel and cut the onions into rings quite slender and flour with salt. The part, mix the yogurt, vinegar and lemon juice, add the olive oil, and pour over onion, leading to the refrigerator for several hours. At the time of service, sprinkles with chopped parsley and adorns itself up with the anchovy fillets.
