Salad of roasted chicory, bacon and soft cheese

  • Soft cheese: 1 packaging
  • Chicory: taste.
  • Bacon: 6 thin slices
  • Semi-nuts: 12
  • Oregano: taste.
  • Black pepper grain: taste.
  • Vinaigrette
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Wine vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard: 1 coffee spoon
  • Onion: 1
  • Salt:


Pour into a bowl of olive oil, vinegar and mustard and sprinkle with a little salt. Add the chopped onion and mix well. Cutting soft cheese into small pieces. The court also slices of bacon into small pieces and cook them until they are crunchy. Cut the stem of the chicory and, after the washing of it, rip it with your hands. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Join soft cheese and bacon and mix. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with black pepper. Garnish with the walnut kernels into pieces and serve.
