  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Cabbage: 1
  • Tomato: 2
  • Peppers: 2
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.

  • vinegar: taste.


On the previous day, put the lentils sauce. On the day of the recipe, cook the lentils with onion, garlic and bay leaf. When they are cooked, drain and pour them into a salad bowl.

The part, wash the other vegetables and chop the cabbage, tomatoes, peppers and onions cooked. Join all the chopped greens to the lentils cold.

Prepare the vinaigrette sauce with olive oil, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pour the sauce on the salad before serving.
