Salad of Green Leaves with Pineapple and Peru Smoked

  • Mix of lettuce: 1 package (150 g)
  • Pineapple: 1/2
  • Ham of turkey breast smoked in a wood-fired oven: 200 g
  • Fresh cheeses small: 3
  • Chopped coriander: 6 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1/2
  • Olive oil: the taste
  • Flower of salt and pepper: the taste


Dividaa mixture of lettuce for 6 dishes, season to taste with salt flower and a drizzle of olive oil. Book.

Peel the pineapple, cut it into slices and remove the center.

Cutting these slices into cubes and distribute by the dishes in equal amounts.

Wrap the slices of ham in peru and divide by the dishes.

Cut the fresh cheese in cubes and divide by the dishes.

Sprinkle the salad with a little more olive oil, juice of half a limãoe season to taste with pepper ground at the time.

Garnish with the chopped coriander.
