Ingredients

  • Leek small and tender: 1 dozen
  • Medium onion: 0,5
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • mustard
  • vinegar: taste.
  • white pepper ground: to taste.

Directions

Bake the garlic, washed and devoid of his beard and the first shell, in slightly salty water, along with a bit of onion. When they are cooked, fed up and leave to cool, putting them in a bowl and cover them with a sauce made from olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, add a little bit of mustard seed, stirring well, to which all blend in perfectly.
