Salad Hot Rice with Chicken and Vegetables

  • Chicken breasts small: 2
  • Rice: 1 Cup
  • Peas: 1 Cup
  • Pepper vermellho: 1
  • Sausage: 1/2
  • Onion: 2
  • Cinnamon: 1 Dick
  • Black pepper: 4 Grain
  • Olive oil: 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Cravinhos: taste.


In a saucepan, bring to boil the 2 chicken breasts along with the cinnamon stick and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Once the chicken is almost cooked, add the rice and peas and the sausage cut into slices.

In the meantime, take a non-stick pan on the stove with a spoon of olive oil.

Add the onion and cut into half moons, and cook until golden.

Add the peppers into thin strips and season with a little salt and set aside.

Drain the rice, peas and chicken.

Shred the chicken and mix with onions and peppers.

Join after the rice and peas.

Stir well and serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
