  • Mushroom stew: 150 gr
  • Lettuce: 1
  • Tip of asparagus: 1 tin
  • Tomato great: 3
  • Green pepper cooked: 1
  • Cucumber: ½
  • Oil: 1 dl
  • Vinegar: taste.
  • Mayonnaise green: taste.
  • pepper
  • salt: taste.


Cut the tomatoes to the rooms, the cucumber slices, pepper into thin slices and mushrooms in 4 parts. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Let this prepared to macerate for about one hour. At the bottom of a bowl, has a layer of lettuce leaves.

Put up the prepared carried out and decorate the salad with pieces of asparagus. Serve with mayonnaise green.
