Niçoise Salad

  • Green beans: 150 g
  • Potato: 150 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Onion: 1
  • Tuna: 2 Lata
  • Vinaigrette (see tip): 1 dl
  • Olives: taste.
  • Lettuce leaves: taste.


Cook the green beans, potatoes and eggs. Cut the tomato and onion into rings. Drain the tuna. Cut the eggs also slices. In a bowl, put the leaves of lettuce, green beans, tuna, tomato, onion and egg. Pour the vinegar sauce. Garnish with olives and serve.
