Greek salad with Artichoke Hearts

  • Artichoke: 6 Hearts
  • Vegetable grilled or salted: 200 gr
  • Mix of lettuce, arugula: 150 gr
  • Almond laminated toast: 50 gr
  • Chives: taste.
  • Peppermint: taste.
  • Orange: 1
  • Lemon: 1
  • Olive oil and salt: taste.


Stir-fry or grill previously vegetables. Cut the mint and green onions. Mix the artichoke hearts with the mixture of lettuce and almonds. Season with lemon juice, salt, olive oil, and finally engage with the herbs. Decorate the dish and serve with slices of orange.
