Ingredients

  • Gourmet salad: 175 g
  • Mushrooms: 8
  • Chives: 50 g
  • Parmesan cheese: 50 g
  • Tomato salad: 1
  • Bacon: 4 strips
  • Vinegar of Modena: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: taste.

Directions

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into very thin blades. Mix with salad and green onions cut into sticks and wide and place in refrigerator.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan without anything until crispy, cut into small pieces and mix with the tomatoes cut into cubes. Add the parmesan cheese cut into thin blades.

To prepare the vinaigrette, put salt and pepper and sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.

In the end, remove the salad with mushrooms and green onions from the fridge and add the mixture of bacon, tomato and parmesan cheese.

Season the salad to your taste with the vinaigrette.
