Chicken tortellini

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 150 g
  • Honey 2 Tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 20 ml
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Tortellini ham: 250 g
  • Chicken broth: 1
  • Olive oil: 20 ml
  • Basil: 5 sheets

Directions

Heats-if, previously, the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Cut the breast of the chicken, season them with salt and pepper, pour with a drizzle of olive oil and take it to the oven in a pyrex dish. Let it bake the meat until it is well tender and lightly toasted.

Meanwhile, mix the vinegar and honey. Pincela with this preparation the chicken that, however, pulled out from the oven. Going back to the oven for a few minutes. Pulls back and reserves. Bake the tortellini in broth, chicken until al dente. Drips and mix with a spoon (tablespoon) of oil. In the dish to go to the mixer, mix the tortellini, the chicken and a few leaves of fresh basil.
